Intentional Community Does Not Happen By Accident
Acts 2:46
46 They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity
Devotional: Community does not drift into your life. It has to be chosen, scheduled, and protected. The early church did not wait for community to feel convenient. They met daily — in the temple courts and in private homes. They were intentional. In 21st century life, the pace of work, family, and personal responsibility can make genuine connection feel like a luxury. But the truth is that isolation is often a choice dressed up as busyness. Biblical community requires that we make room for one another on purpose. It means showing up even when it is inconvenient, opening your home even when it is not perfectly clean, and investing in people even when your own life feels stretched thin.
