Representing Jesus to the World

2 Corinthians 5:17-21
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin[b] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Acts 1:8
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Devotional: You are Christ's ambassador, His representative on earth. The same Spirit that empowered Peter and John at Pentecost lives in you. The lame man walked not because of human ability but because believers exercised faith in Jesus' name. Sometimes people need your faith to carry them until theirs develops. Your prayers, your witness, your compassion—these are extensions of Christ's ministry. The world needs to see Jesus through you. Not perfect theology, not flawless living, but authentic faith in a powerful Savior. Today, ask yourself: Am I giving people Jesus, or am I offering them religious substitutes? The mission hasn't changed—give them Jesus. His name heals, saves, delivers, and transforms. You carry the answer the world desperately needs.
