The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Guest Services Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Children's or Student Ministry Team, to creating a dynamic experience with the Worship Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group or joining the Reach Richmond Team; whatever area of service that fits you, we would love to have you be a part of the Dream Team. As a group, our Dream Team advances the Kingdom of God.
THE MISSION - The Mission of the Life Church Dream Team is to build the Body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.
THE PATH TO BEING A MEMBER OF THE DREAM TEAM - If you'd like to join the Dream Team, first complete the Growth Track. This process will help you discover your gifts and the place you will best fit to serve in the Body of Christ, based on the way that you were equipped by Jesus Christ.
