The Promise of the Harvest

Galatians 6:9 (CEV)
9 Don't get tired of helping others. You will be rewarded when the time is right, if you don't give up.

Devotional: Every farmer understands that seed planted in the ground does not become a harvest overnight. There is a season of waiting between the sowing and the reaping, and that season is not wasted time -- it is necessary time. God's promises operate the same way. You may be praying faithfully, serving quietly, and trusting steadily, yet seeing very little visible fruit. Do not mistake the silence for abandonment. The harvest is coming. The question is not whether God will be faithful, but whether you will remain steady until the appointed moment arrives. Stay in the field.

Reflection: What promise of God are you currently waiting on? Write it down and commit it to Him today.

Practical Application: Identify one act of faithful service or obedience you have been tempted to abandon. Choose to continue it this week as an act of trust in God's timing.
