You can be a part of a DREAM TEAM

The DREAM TEAM is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them.  From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Guest Services Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on an LCKids or LCStudents Team, to creating a dynamic experience with our Production Team, or sharing your musical talents as a member of the Worship Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group or joining the Outreach Team; whatever area of service that fits you, we would love to have you be a part of the DREAM TEAM.  As a group, our DREAM TEAM advances the Kingdom of God.

THE MISSION - The Mission of the Life Church Dream Team is to build the Body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.

THE PATH TO BEING A MEMBER OF THE DREAM TEAM - If you'd like to join the DREAM TEAM, first complete DISCOVER LIFE.  This process will help you discover your gifts and the place you will best fit to serve in the Body of Christ, based on the way that you were equipped by Jesus Christ.

Dream Team Volunteers FAQ

How do I volunteer?

Each volunteer , we call them Dream Team members, must first attend a Discover Life class.  Discover Life meets the first of most months, and you can register or request additional information by following this link to our  Discover Life Page.

How do I volunteer with kids?

Following Discover Life, if you are interested in assisting us with LCKids, the Children's pastor will connect with you to begin the onboarding process.  Initally there is an interest meeting to attend, followed by a background check to provide a necessary layer of security for our children.  Once that is completed you can begin shadowing other leaders within the LCKids Team, and then if it's the right fit for you, you can begin serving in one of our LCKids services.

How do I volunteer with music?

Once you've complete Discover Life, if your talents and interest are musical,  to be a part of the Worship Team, you can contact our Worship Team Leader, for an audition.  You also should register for the LCCHOIR Life Group which is the entry point for the Worship Dream Team.

How do I volunteer with students?

LCStudents provides a myriad of opportunities to serve each Wednesday at our weekly gatherings, and at other various times for special events.  If this is where your interest lie, after Discover Life, our LCStudent's Pastor will contact you, discuss your interest, and begin the onboarding process, including the necessary security of a background check, endeavoring to ensure a safe environment for our all of our students.
