Walking in Your New Reality

2 Corinthians 5:17
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:[a] The old has gone, the new is here!

Colossians 3:1-4
1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

Devotional: Once you've been raised up, you must learn to walk in your new reality. The old has gone; the new has come. Yet many believers live healed but still think like beggars. They're saved but still bound by old mindsets. Paul urges us to set our hearts and minds on things above, where Christ is seated. This requires intentional daily choices—renewing your mind, speaking life over yourself, surrounding yourself with faith-filled community, and refusing to return to old patterns. The lame man didn't just stand once; he continued walking. Your miracle requires maintenance. Your breakthrough demands new habits. Your transformation needs daily reinforcement. Today, commit to walking in the freedom Christ has purchased for you. You are no longer who you were. Rise up and walk in the fullness of your new identity.
