Living as a Hope Dealer

2 Corinthians 1:3-4
3 “Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! The Father is a merciful God, who always gives us comfort.
4 He comforts us when we are in trouble, so that we can share this same comfort with others in trouble.”

God comforts us not just for our benefit, but so we can comfort others with the same comfort we've received. When you've walked through dark valleys and experienced God's faithfulness, you become a "hope dealer"—someone who distributes genuine hope to a hurting world. Your testimony of God's provision, healing, or peace during impossible times becomes a lifeline for someone else drowning in despair. Don't minimize what God has brought you through. Those seasons weren't wasted; they equipped you to speak life into others' situations. Today, look for someone who needs hope. Share your story. Pray for them specifically. Remind them that the God who carried you will carry them too. Life and death are in the power of the tongue—choose to speak hope.
